1. Agreement to these terms

By browsing dinnercruisedxb.com or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and DinnerCruiseDXB, registered at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a booking. When you book for other people, you confirm you have their agreement and that you have authority to do so.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include the items listed as included on the tour page.
• The price shown is the total for the number of guests and options you select. Mandatory extras, such as a child or infant ticket, are shown before you pay.
• We take payment through our payment provider. Your card is charged when your booking is confirmed.
• If a booking is made less than the stated lead time before the tour, a surcharge may apply. Any such charge is displayed before payment.
• If we cannot deliver a tour you have paid for, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Your booking

• A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email or message with a booking reference.
• You are responsible for entering correct names and contact details. Errors may prevent you from boarding or joining the tour.
• You must present the booking reference and photo identification on the day of the tour.
• Bookings are for the number of guests shown on the confirmation. Additional guests added on the day may not be accommodated.

5. Changes by you

You can change or cancel your booking as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Any change is subject to availability and to the charges described there.

6. Changes by us

Occasionally a tour may be affected by weather, road closures, security instructions, or other events outside our control. We may change the route, timing, or meeting point, or replace the experience with one of comparable standard. Where we cancel a tour, you are entitled to reschedule or a full refund.

7. Conduct

You agree not to behave in a way that endangers yourself, other guests, or our staff, and to follow reasonable instructions from the operator during the tour. We may refuse entry or remove you from a tour where conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful. In that case no refund is due.

8. Health, accessibility, and suitability

Tour descriptions state any age, health, or fitness requirements. You are responsible for confirming that you and your guests can take part safely. Tell us about accessibility needs before booking so we can advise whether an experience is suitable. We do not provide medical advice.

9. Equipment and clothing

Where a tour requires specific clothing, footwear, or equipment, the tour page says so. You are responsible for bringing it. Items left behind are not our responsibility.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design, images, and code of dinnercruisedxb.com belong to DinnerCruiseDXB or its licensors. You may browse the site and make bookings for personal use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially reuse our content or brand without written permission.

11. Third-party content

Tour details, images, and reviews may be supplied by partners. We aim to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of the tour you booked. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered address, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
